Some Interesting Projects
| Dec 4, 2022 | A microtubule-tracking tool designed to assist biologists in tracking the segmentation of microtubules, despite the challenges posed by their constant growth, shrinkage, and simultaneous movement and rotation. Additionally, the microscope video presents varying intensity and contrast across different areas in each frame, and features numerous crossing microtubules. |
